SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY TIMES

Your order will be shipped and delivered within the timeframes below, depending on where you are.

EU & UK: 3–4 business days after processing.
Rest of world: 7–15 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with customs clearance, public holidays, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control.

DELAYS

If we become aware of anything that is likely to delay your order, we'll get in touch with you right away to let you know.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or failed deliveries, which we can't be held responsible for. If you spot a mistake, email us at support@lunaandcostore.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS
